Sam Weller

Sam Weller, graduated as a Chartered Accountant in Britain in 1970, gained admission to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in British Columbia in 1978, and received a MBA from City University, in Seattle in 1992.
For 25 years, he worked extensively in the finance area of Municipal Government with the Cities of Richmond, Langley, Sechelt and Victoria. In 2003, he and Susan formed Broadwell Services Inc. offering consulting, training and association management services to the Government and non-profit sectors. From 2006 to 2013, he served as Executive Director of the Government Finance Officers Association of British Columbia.
He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Victoria and a certified trainer with Accounting Comes Alive International.

Susan Broadfoot

Susan Broadfoot

Susan Broadfoot worked in increasingly responsible positions in the not-for profit sector for over 20 years. She trained as a mediator with the Justice Institute of BC getting her certification in 1988. She worked in private practice as well as with organizations offering conflict resolution services, before forming Broadwell Services Inc. with Sam in 2003, where she organizes conferences and uses her conflict resolution skills. She leads seminars for Landmark Education in Victoria and coaches other seminar leaders in Canada and the United States.
